secure central open air courtyard, large secure door, well-kept flats
Three apartments in one facility can lead to unsettling situations!!! Consider placing clear signage to avoid confusion when finding the hotel!!! More attention should be given to privacy concerns with open doors at night!!!

We would stay here again as it met the purpose. This is surely the best small hotel, friendly staff, fantastic rooms. The property is in a great position and the airport is 9 miles away. The place where you can eat relatively close to the hotel is Trattoria Cecio.
Nothing to fault.

Straight talk, worth it or not?
Immaculate rooms and a comfy bed. Complimentary coffee and cookies were good perks-what more could I ask for?
The location was slightly tricky to find initially. The secure access eased my worries.

Stayed in airy double room with modern bathroom. Stunning location, it was close enough to the buses and trains, the surrounding area and many restaurants. The place was just close to Una Restaurant, where you can have dinner.

This place really knows how to. We walked from the Termini and settled right in. The host, bless his heart, helped us with a hand-drawn map showing all the neat spots to eat and explore. Super comfy room with an awesome courtyard view-totally a slice of heaven after a long day!

Request a hand-drawn map from the host to discover authentic local eateries and beloved sites not covered in tourist guides.

missingWrote a review on 11 Octclean roomsrenovated bathroomheating inconvenience
Heating is cut off around 11 PM, leaving it chilly at night and in the morning. The decor and furnishings felt basic and a bit dated, which might not appeal to everyone. The absence of a front desk, requiring a wait for the host, can be a hassle.

The courtyard offered a lovely first impression. Great location near the train station made it convenient for exploring historic sites, even within a comfortable walking distance. The spacious shared lounge was a great spot to unwind, with coffee and snacks readily available, perfect after long days. A clearer sign outside could also help new guests find the place more easily.
